Copilot training that pays back the licences

Many organisations pay for Copilot licences that barely get used. The problem is rarely the tool. It is that nobody has shown how Copilot fits into your specific workflows. That is exactly what our training does.

What your team learns

Practical training in the environment you already work in, using your documents and your meetings as the starting point.

Copilot in everyday tools

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams. Where Copilot adds the most value in each application, and where you still do the job better yourself.

Workflows that save hours

Meeting notes that become follow-ups. Email threads that become decision material. Reports that get a first draft in minutes. We build the workflows together during the training.

Adoption across the team

Training is not enough if the habits do not stick. You get a simple structure for follow-up, internal ambassadors and how to measure that usage is actually growing.

From assistant to agent

Copilot does not end at the chat box. The next level is agents and workflows working inside your processes.

Copilot agents

Agents built in Copilot Studio that handle recurring matters: answering internal questions, preparing materials and following your rules. We show what can be built without developers.

Workflows with Power Automate

When Copilot connects to Power Automate, single AI answers become automated processes. Documents summarised on arrival, email sorted and cases routed to the right person.

Processes in the Microsoft workday

We map one of your real processes, from meeting to follow-up or from request to response, and build the workflow together during the training.

Two formats, built on your environment

We always start from your Microsoft environment and your security settings.

Half day: Copilot in daily work

For whole teams. Walkthrough of Copilot in the applications the team uses most, hands-on exercises on your own documents and a personal list of workflows to start with.

Rollout support for the organisation

For organisations rolling out Copilot broadly. Training series per department, train-the-trainer for internal ambassadors and follow-up after 30 days.

We train in Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude, always adapting the tool choice to your IT environment and security requirements.

Led by Angelika Strandberg and colleagues. We have trained teams at NCC, Scania, Vardaga, Ambea and UHR among others.

Questions about the Copilot training

Quick answers to what people usually ask. Missing something? Get in touch.

Do you train in Copilot agents and automated workflows?
Yes. The training covers agents built in Copilot Studio and workflows with Power Automate, always starting from one of your real processes. Much can be built without developers and we show where the line goes.
Are Microsoft 365 Copilot licences required?
For full effect, participants need a Copilot licence in Microsoft 365. If you have not rolled out licences yet, the training can still run as preparation, with demo licences and a focus on rollout planning.
Does it suit teams without a technical background?
Yes, it is built for everyday users of Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams. No technical background needed, just the daily work you already do in the Microsoft environment.
How do we know the training has an effect?
You get a simple measurement structure: which workflows each participant has started using, time saved per week and Copilot usage before and after. We follow up after 30 days if you choose the rollout support.
Can the training be delivered digitally?
Yes, via Teams with the same hands-on setup. Participants practise in their own environment during the session, which often makes the digital format just as effective.
What does Copilot training cost?
The price depends on format, number of participants and whether you choose a single half day or rollout support. Get in touch for a concrete proposal.
