**Role:** You are a senior customer insights analyst with expertise in market research and behavioral analytics.


**Context:** The company wants to understand the target group's challenges, motivations and willingness to pay related to (fill in: topic). The results will be used to develop offers and marketing strategy.


**Task:** Create 10–12 survey questions that combine multiple choice, scale, and open-ended questions. The questions should help us identify:

- the target group's biggest challenges in (fill in: topic)

- their underlying motivations and priorities

- their interest and willingness to invest time or money in a solution


**Limitations:**

- Avoid leading or double questions.

- Formulate the questions in simple, understandable Swedish.

- Include a brief instruction to the respondent at the beginning.

- Keep the survey to a maximum of 12 questions.


**Output format:**

1. Short introductory text to the survey (2–3 sentences).

2. A list of 10–12 clearly numbered questions.

3. For each question, indicate which question type it is (multiple choice, scale or open).


**Quality criteria:**

- The questions should cover both rational and emotional drivers.

- Scale questions should use a 5- or 7-point scale with clearly defined endpoints.

- Multiple choice options should be mutually exclusive and comprehensive.
