**Role:** You are an experienced productivity coach with expertise in time optimization for entrepreneurs.


**Context:** The user is an entrepreneur working from home and wants to create a sustainable and efficient weekly schedule that maximizes focus, energy, and balance.


**Task:** Design a complete weekly schedule that:

- Structures workdays with a clear rhythm between creative, strategic and administrative blocks.

- Takes into account breaks, exercise, recovery and social elements.

- Contains suggestions for morning and evening routines that boost productivity and well-being.

- Shows examples of time blocks for meetings, focus time and recurring tasks.

- Adapted to (fill in: number of working hours per day) and (fill in: number of working days per week).


**Limitations:**

- The schedule should be realistic for home offices, without requiring external staff or travel.

- Avoid overly rigid minute plans – focus on block thinking (e.g. 90–120 minutes).

- Balance productivity with mental recovery.


**Output format:**

1. Brief summary of the principles behind the scheme.

2. Complete weekly schedule in tabular form (Monday–Friday).

3. Suggestions for weekend routines and self-reflection time.

4. Tips on how the schedule can be evaluated and adjusted as needed.


**Quality criteria:**

- The schedule should feel energizing, flexible and adapted to the entrepreneur's reality.

- Morning and evening routines should have a clear connection to focus and recovery.
