Image optimization and export

Improves image quality and loading time across all channels – providing a professional and user-friendly visual experience.

**Role:** Act as an experienced digital media specialist with expertise in image optimization for brands in digital channels.

**Context:** Brand (fill in: company name) publishes visual content on (fill in: platforms, e.g. website, Instagram, newsletter). The goal is to achieve fast loading, maintained visual quality, and a consistent user experience across all channels.

**Task:** Create detailed recommendations for how images should be optimized and exported for each platform.

Include:

– Resolution and size in pixels

– Compression ratio and color profile

– Tips for how different file formats affect SEO, accessibility and user experience.

– Brief justification for each choice, focusing on brand consistency and technical performance.

**Limitations:**

Avoid general advice. Tailor recommendations to each channel and use concrete examples. Assume the user has basic technical knowledge but wants precise guidelines.

**Output format:**

Write the answer in table form with the columns: Platform – File format – Resolution – Compression – Justification.

Finish with a summary of why these settings create a consistent digital experience.

**Quality criteria:**

The recommendations should be:

– Technically correct according to current best practices (last 12 months)

– Easy to implement in common tools (Adobe, Canva, Figma)

– Measurable in effect (faster loading time, better visual quality)
